Charging...
hello everyone, its another week. As you can see, i'm starting to blog on a weekly basis these days. I'm still trying to recharged myself from a hectic week. This week past kind of fast but a lil' hectic as well. 13 more months till I finally see the bright daylight.
After a month stay in Singapore, my little cousins and my aunty had finally returned back to Taiwan. They won't be back for quite sometime (the last time they were back was in '03). So the kids were all grown up, but still noisy as ever. There's still some regret lingering around me as I failed to show up at the airport to send them off. Actually I had already applied my annual leave, but it was later rejected due to Change of command ceremony held on Friday. So I made a lil effort to call back home, talk to the kids before they left. Wanna wish them well, healthy, study hard and I really miss them. awwww..... Hopefully will get a chance to visit them next year as my dad is planning at the moment.
Friday evening, we're supposed to have a mini gathering at my place to chill out with a bottle of fresh vodka hui bought from her BKK trip. However, things went wrong as the 2 of them can't make it, thus have to cancel off everything. Looking on the positive side, perhaps its a good time for me to get some 12 hrs of sleep to charge myself for the energy lost over the week. You never know how tired I was that night, how much saliva I drooled...
Saturday noon, I finally get a chance to meet up with Trisha for lunch. I think I've mentioned before that she was my "shi-fu" went I first entered Saffron as an Intern. She passed down a whole lot of statistics knowledge and Quant Research essentials. Now that she's leaving Singapore for good, I guess I won't get a chance to see her for quite sometime also. But I wish her all the best as a Research Manager in Cadbury, may you be chocolately always. Her same old advice, asking me to get a degree first and join the workforce later. I will consider about it...
Anyway, lately I've received an invitation from my ex-boss to join back the company after my NS. But going back to Consumer Research line is something that I should thoroughly think about.
Last night, after like months, I finally held the mic again. Thanks to lian to joining us although we know that you hardly sing or don't even sing. Singing is a good way to be expressive and vent all anger, frustrations inside.. Whew~
National Day is coming. Its public holiday! Yeah~
